Our scope of management includes single family homes, condominiums,
townhouses as well as duplexes and fourplexes.
Our goal at Clark McDowell & Kic is to provide stress-free management on an
ongoing basis to afford minimal involvement of your time as owner. For
example, we automatically handle repairs of up to $200, always shopping for
the lowest prices and best work from service contractors.
You are still in control of mortgage, insurance and tax payments, assuring
any unusual circumstances in these areas are taken care of appropriately.
But you are relieved of the most time-consuming and aggravating aspects of
rental property ownership.
We strive to be flexible in responding to your specific needs. We can
handle as few or as many of your requirements as necessary . . . from
contracts on a month-to-month basis to total management responsibility for
your investment property portfolio.
Our customary fees are as follows:
Management Fee — 10% of rent
New Lease — 1/2 of 1st month’s rent (includes Multiple Listing Service
co-brokerage fees)
Lease Renewal — 1/3 of first month’s rent |
